.040 painted blanks with square corners are prefabricated aluminum alloy blanks. They are painted white on both sides with a baked enamel finish. They accept vinyl, screenprints, and UV inks, and are made with 3003-H14 / 3105-H14 alloy to meet DOT regulations.
